Not the woman I used to be.

The picture on the left was taken October 6th in New York. The one on the right was taken this morning, November 11, in our hallway. One of my pet peeves of diet “before and after” pics, is the tendency for the after picture to be in more flattering posture and clothing. Instead, Andrew helped me to repiicate the orignal pose as close as possible, and the same clothing. I have to say, the difference brought tears to my eyes. Missing chins and a much small belly!!

I am now on the 1500 calorie portion of the diet. I will be posting updates here for anyone that would like to follow my progress. I have also been adding some tasty, healthy recipes. I have 25 pounds to go to reach my goal of 150 pounds. Wish me luck!
