1 cup chopped fennel bulb
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 large red delicious apple cored and chopped (leave skin)
1/2 cup halved red grapes
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 pod Mini Oliva salad dressing
1 tsp liquid honey.
Mix fruits, vegetables and almonds in a bowl. Stir honey into salad dressing. Pour over salad and toss well to coat ingredients with salad dressing. Cover and refridgerate for at least 1/2 hour. Enjoy. Makes one serving. Approx. 497 calories-80 carbs-25 fat-8 protein
